Dixie Greenway

Our Managing Director takes a simple view of property: it’s a numbers game, and the numbers need to work. With a no-nonsense, hands-on approach and years of experience behind her, she focuses on delivering results, not excuses. Whether it’s solving problems, improving performance, or keeping things running as they should, the priority is always the same—do the job properly and make it pay.

Chris Greenway

As Director, he shares the same practical approach—focus on the job, get it done properly, and keep things moving. Working closely with the Managing Director (both in and out of the office), he plays a key role in maintaining standards, solving problems quickly, and making sure everything runs as it should. Calm, reliable, and quietly effective, he’s often the one keeping things on track behind the scenes.
