Profit capping means keeping our fees within a fair and reasonable limit, so your costs stay under control. We’re not trying to maximise every penny—we simply aim to deliver quality work at a fair price. When you succeed, we succeed too.
How do you ensure transparency?
We provide transparent, itemised breakdowns of all charges along with regular financial updates. You’ll receive clear statements and have access to your own leaseholder/director portal, where you can view reports whenever you need.

Why did MTR choose to expand to Block Management?
Our own experience with block management companies has often been poor. In some of the properties we manage through MTR Sales & Lettings, we’ve had to liaise with external block management firms for maintenance and general administration.
We have also seen some clients achieve disappointing returns on their investment from block unit purchases, along with challenges when it comes to selling those properties later on - because, as our Directors believe, it ultimately all comes down to the numbers.
Not only have we observed a poor profit-to-cost ratio offered by some firms to investors, but working alongside them as managing agents has often been frustrating, with inconsistent communication and a lack of responsiveness that makes effective property management unnecessarily difficult.
